We strive to deliver fast and efficient service and order processing for all WolfGarten.us customers. Orders received before noon are shipped within 2 business days, except during high season (April-September) or high volume holiday sales periods. Some products offered on WolfGarten.us will ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse which may delay shipping time up to 14 business days.
Most orders are shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service from our Minneapolis, MN warehouse, unless the products you ordered are coming from a vendor in which case your items may arrive via an alternate carrier such as FedEx. Your order may arrive in separate packages and potentially at different times. Please refer to your tracking information for detailed information or questions about your shipment.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery times range from 5-7 business days for the 48 contiguous states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and all US Territories typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery. See below for shipping information on areas outside of the 48 contiguous states. Any orders placed after 12:00pm/NOON CST are shipped within 48 business hours. During high season (April-September) your order may be delayed up to an additional 24 hours.
Expedited Shipping
If you would like your order to ship with expedited shipping please call us at 866-543-1222 and we will provide you with pricing information for these services. Any orders placed after 12:00pm/NOON CST are shipped the following business day. If you need your order expedited, please note that orders received after that time will ship the following business day, not same day. Please call us if you need your order shipped same day and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 866-543-1222. NOTE: NEXT DAY AIR delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If you need a package delivered on Saturday, please call us to discuss your options. Any orders placed with expedited delivery will only count business days as delivery days.
Shipping on Large Items
Some of our garden products are too large for standard UPS or U.S. Postal Service shipping and may have an additional shipping fee because of this. These charges are noted in the individual item descriptions and will be displayed in your shopping cart detail section at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada
If your delivery address is outside the lower 48 states, it's best to order by phone so we can give you all the available shipping options. Please note that shipping options outside of the 48 states may take longer than anticipated and shipping times are estimated. Please call 1-866-543-1222 or email the product SKU, order quantity and destination shipping address to hello@wolfgarten.us for a quote. Certain products have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to specific states as noted in the item descriptions. Any offers for free shipping are not applicable to AK, HI, Canada or US Territories.
