We strive to deliver fast and efficient service and order processing for all WolfGarten.us customers. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota within 3 business days of the order being placed.
Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Depending on number of items ordered, your order may arrive in separate packages and potentially at different times. Please refer to your tracking information for detailed information on your shipment.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery times range from 5-10 business days for the 48 contiguous states. Parcel shipments are sent via standard ground service and delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Shipping on Large Items
Some of our garden products are too large for standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping and may have an additional shipping fee because of this. These charges are noted in the individual item descriptions and will be displayed in your shopping cart detail section at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada
If your delivery address is outside the lower 48 states, please contact our customer service team for shipping options. Please note that shipping options outside of the 48 states may take longer than anticipated and shipping times are estimated. Any costs associated with shipping outside of the contiguous US will be assessed to the customer. Please call 1-866-543-1222 or email hello@wolfgarten.us for a quote. Certain products have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to specific states as noted in the item descriptions. Any offers for free shipping are not applicable to AK, HI, Canada or US Territories.
