Wolf Garten® will repair or replace any Wolf Garten Interlocken tool that has been found defective in materials or workmanship for 35 years after purchase of the tool, and 10 years for all cutting tools. In the event repairing the tool is not possible, Wolf Garten will replace the tool with a new tool of similar construction and price, or offer you store credit for the purchase price you paid for tool. Proof of purchase/receipt is required for all warranty claims.
This Wolf Garten warranty does not cover damage of the tool due to rust, abuse, mishandling, unauthorized repair or normal wear on blades or other components. This warranty does not cover private label branded tools manufactured by Wolf Garten Germany. The Wolf Garten Warranty excludes wearing parts and tools, which have been subject to misuse, abuse, commercial or professional use, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance or alteration. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair or replace any items which are not currently in our catalog.
All products are to be shipped to Wolf Garten USA where they will be inspected to determine if defective. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping of the product to Wolf GartenUSA returns department. Wolf Garten USA will pay for return shipping to customer.
All products must have a receipt of purchase, photo and letter explaining the product issue, return address, and contact phone number. We apologize, but we are unable to ship warranty items to P.O. boxes. If receipt and letter are not included with product, the 10/35 Year warranty will not be honored. Please allow at least 14 business days for processing of Wolf Garten Warranty Claims.
